How to get started:
Budget: We discuss the parameters of your project and establish an understanding of the projected costs, which is presented in writing, in the form of an estimate.
Estimate: The project estimate will cover any and all foreseeable costs needed to solve the problem.
Retainer: Invision collects a retainer at the commencement of the project. The amount of the retainer is included in the estimated project total. The retainer is a non-refundable payment made at the beginning of a project to act as operating budget during the Diagnose & Develop phase.
Contract: Our agreement together is in writing.
Timing: Our policy is to inform you of achievable timelines that meet the needs of the project. We will discuss and agree upon a time table that accounts for all critical dates.
Versions & Revisions: Our priority is the solve the communications problem. Our interest is in developing a solution that exceeds your expectations, and meets your budget. The result is that we do not develop various versions of a solution unless their are significant advantages to the project, or if their is more than one solution to the problem. The estimated project total includes three rounds of changes. If further rounds of changes are requested, they will be charged at prevailing hourly rates. Our studio rates are included in the estimated project total.
Production: We are sticklers for the details, this includes the production of the solution that we design. We encourage the use of our suppliers and partnerships to deliver the best results. If you have a relationship with an existing supplier, and trust them to deliver the best results, we will work with them to coordinate the project.
Payment: Invision will grant 30 day terms to be paid by cheque upon payment of the non-refundable retainer.
